Identifying the Dimensions of the Organizational Culture of Virtual Schools through Synthesis Research

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions of organizational culture of virtual schools. The study method was synthesis research, the research environment included all articles and documents published in the years 2021-2010. Purposeful sampling method was used to the extent of data saturation. Open, axial, and selective coding methods were used to analyze the data. The synthesis research method was performed based on the six stages of synthesis research (Goff, 2007). Overall, the results show that the dimensions of the organizational culture of virtual schools include 7 optional codes (dynamic communication, progressiveness, up-to-dateness, intellectual property protection, knowledge sharing, privacy, space security) - with 21 central codes and 91 total codes.
