Abstract
Covid-19 has changed our world of work and life in every way. The challenges of mental health and emotional well-being are now at a crisis stage, which will require a new approach to build team synergy. The rapid move to automation and artificial intelligence is also serving to mechanize much of the way we will work in the future. This will continue to challenge the human dynamics of work and create a deeper need for employees and leaders to change their mindset about workplace interactions and how it impacts their emotional and mental wellness. Interpersonal Wellness System teaches leaders and employees the insight and knowledge to create new mental models about working together to build resilience and foster good relations. This session offers a roadmap to build an emotionally safe, collaborative culture of inclusion and relational well-being to promote high performance and productivity at work.
