Abstract
Years of research by organizational scientists, psychologists, sociologists, economists and demographers show that a group of people with diverse individual expertise would be better than a homogeneous group at solving complex, nun routine problems and they are more innovative and efficient in teamwork. This paper scope is beyond the traditional concept of diversity, which typically focuses on psychological and organizational differences in physical interaction. With a manager who has a clears idea of how he can manage and get benefited from diversity among his company or group and how he can make company witness a different level of productivity including online interaction. In this direction, the effects of diversity on teamwork, decision making and problem solving are explored through architecture with samples. The findings highlighted diversified group and technological opportunities’s importance on design especially in public space.
