Seven key factors have been considered in assessing the career growth and development of Bangladeshi in the Philippines namely proficiency, security, opportunities, satisfaction, threats, work life balance and benefits/remunerations. All of these factors have been considered as the significant predictors for career growth and development for Bangladeshi in the Philippines. However, the perceptions of three groups of respondents resulted in a statistically significant difference in the assessment of career growth and development of Bangladeshi in the Philippines.
