Abstract
Organizations are facing a lot of challenges with respect to work life balance issues of their employee as these create stress, dissatisfaction and influences employee both mentally and physically. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to highlight the two important constructs that influence work life balance of members of society which are culture and gender so that employee make work life balance policies keeping into consideration these two factors, in order to achieve work life balance.
