Abstract
In education, student engagement has an inexorable role in enhancing student satisfaction, motivation to learn, and improving overall performance. With online learning, the need for student engagement is more than ever before but has become the main challenge for all educators. As a solution to improve student engagement, a three-step method adopted from different domains-customer service, business project teams and scouts and guides can be followed.
