Abstract
The education system in India is changing based on learners needs and requirements with the advent to technology enabled learning solutions. The attitude of learners are changing with needs and requirements. The policy needs changes, amendments and positioning with learners demands and objectives. The type, extent, and scope of learning needs to be oriented with the long terms aims, objectives in response to regional expectations, sustainable education goals and national needs. The learning outcomes needs to be defined in line with sustainable agenda.
