Abstract
The degree in Educational Administration (LAE) is very important at the National Pedagogical University, this degree is an innovative proposal to train future auditors and managers in this area who respond to educational problems from educational policy and from educational management. In this context, the analysis of the proposal and training of interculturality for graduates in educational administration of the National Pedagogical University in Hidalgo is presented here. The analysis of the incorporation of the subject of interculturality and citizenship in the curriculum is presented and the experience of bringing this type of students closer to intercultural training is presented.This work was carried out with the methodology of digital ethnography.
