Abstract
The paper is the result obtained from a proposal presented on October 20 and 21, 2020 at the Illinois University - Chicago, which sought to answer the question: How does knowledge management affect as a dynamic element to manage the sustainability strategy in business training programs in higher education institutions in the city of Popayan? The methodology and model is holistic of the knowledge management system, hypothetical - deductive method, evaluative, mixed approach and non-experimental design. The focus is managing to formulate strategies aimed at contributing to the curriculum by promoting sustainable development based on knowledge management.
