Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study students’ satisfaction to role-playing in English conversation for food and beverage service. The samples were the students of engineering and science faculties who took English for Tourism and Travelling course as an elective course in 2019. The research instruments consisted of lesson plans, menus of food and beverages and satisfaction questionnaires. The findings are useful to the students’ future careers in Tourism and Travelling and other related fields. The researcher will explain the results and statistics.
