Lubakan: An Assessment of Public Roads

Abstract

Public roads are vital in all human endeavors in terms of transportation and tourism. The paper aims to assess the present condition of public road in the province of Bulacan. Mixed methods are used to obtain the comprehensive result of the study. Findings exhibit that major roads in the province of Bulacan are lubakan or damaged due to cost-cutting budget by the local government. Further, it affects the tourism industry of the country.
