Abstract
The initiative functions to enable our professionals, which are responsible for the preparation of excursions and tours, to identify the differences between panoramic tour itineraries and opportunities to promote education through thematic tours. It consists in the establishment of specific methodologies for the creation of thematic tours and also to bring new readings of the territory, arousing the interest of residents to “rediscovers” their own history. It also aims to embody and value the local culture through the involvement of residents in the the planning of Social Tourism projects.
