Abstract
Baby boomers are generally regarded as having more to contribute but this is erroneous thinking. This cohort has much to give to society, including their respective communities, families and the working world. Pre-deployment strategy which is used in the military is a useful and purposeful technique for the aging community. I consider how baby boomers can be trained in pre-deployment techniques which will enhance all of society.
