Abstract
This research aims to explore the factors related to stress in personal of sub-district health promoting hospital. Data was compiled using questionnaires for the level of stress assessment with sixty-eight select participants. Questionnaires were used for data collection and analyzed by using a computer program. Statistics used for analyzing data were: frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, chi-square, and correlation. The results of the study found that stress in personal of sub-district health promoting hospital was at the level low 88.23%. Personal factors including age and status had a level of significance (P<0.05).
