Abstract
Jarawa, Onge, and Great Andamanese are the ancient negrito tribes of the Andaman Islands in the Bay of Bengal. In the past twenty years of my working experience with them, I gained success in the implementation of the government’s welfare schemes through my social science expertise. Later I added my learnings within my working experience. Through my working, there was a great realization that academic learning under social sciences requires further adoption often. The tribes serve us learning lessons through their discipline and practices.
