Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact of dynamic capabilities on organizational performance in times of crisis. This research developed a relation model that allows identifying the variables present in the dynamic capacities that influence organizational performance considering the literature on the subject. This work surveyed one hundred and fifty people who work in various companies in Colombia, precisely in the final stage of social isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, using the scales proposed by Kaltenbrunner & Reichel (2018) and Makkonen et al. (2014). The investment models to be validated allow us to conclude that dynamic capabilities impact the organizational performance of companies.
