Abstract
Through the interpretative lens of social constructionism, this is a study researching the social construction of leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst - focussing on a holistic view of leadership, acknowledging the presence of ‘dark behaviours’. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews; and analysed through the means of reflexive thematic analysis.
