Dimitrios Drosos specializes in Contemporary Spanish and Spanish-American Civilization and Society and Politics and development in SpainDimitrios Drosos holds a B.A. in French Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece), an MA in Spanish- American Civilization from the Universidad de Lleida (Spain) and a PhD in Spanish-American Civilization from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece). Chair of Department of Spanish Language and Literature, School of Philosophy, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2015-2022) and Directorof the Program “Spanish Language and Culture”, School of Humanities, Hellenic Open University (2013-2016 and 2019-2022) Professor of Spanish and Spanish-American Civilization, at the School of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Faculty of Spanish Language and Literature. He was also Coordinator of three courses of the Program of Spanish Language and Civilization at the Hellenic Open University (2004-), with which continues his collaboration as coordinator and tutor of a courses. He teaches several undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Spanish and Spanish-American Civilization and Literature in his department.
