Abstract
Providing essential primary health care services in the Rohingya Refugee camp is a challenge. There is a huge Rohingya Refugee Camp in Bangladesh and people are living congested situation and in the hilly areas. Roads and drains are not well constructed and elderly, children, and sick people do not want to go for healthcare due to difficulty of transportation and also lack of health knowledge and awareness. Considering the limitations, mHealth system can provide essential primary healthcare services in their door step, change their behavior and increase health awareness, identify critical cases in household level and refer them to the appropriate service center which is digitally managed with a software/application run by trained community Health Workers. This study considers significant changes that have been observed at the household level and reviews how the health and nutrition levels have been improve among the beneficiaries in targeted households.
