Strategic Management in Digital Economy: On the Way to a Smart State

Abstract

The paper develops and tests new methods of strategic management in politics in the conditions of digital economy. Theoretical and methodological analysis of political risks and threats of the emerging digital society will be carried out in the terms of changes in value orientations under the conditions of digital interactions. The relevance of the research is in reactivating the methodology of strategic management for modern public administration and in offering new, integrative approaches to its analysis in contemporary political field. The scientific novelty of the paper is based on the development of a multi-criteria system for assessing the impact on the main socio-economic and political-administrative indicators of state development using toolkit of territory marketing, strategic planning, risk management, and digitalization technology.
