Abstract

This study considers obstacles that face society because of mismanagement and how to deal with them, highlights the societal problems that have accumulated without putting appropriate solutions that have negatively affected the members of society creating chaos and corruption in society and spreading discrimination between them. This study shows that the main reason behind these problems is mismanagement and lack of the suitable selection of a competent person to take positions in governmental institutions and parties because the manager’s actions negatively or positively reflected on the community. This study also refers to the reasons that lead to conflicts among members of society and how to deal with them according to the theories adopted in different societies, and provide the possible means in the service of the society regardless of their gender, color, language, religion, and doctrine. The study also shows that successful management seeks to satisfy people and achieve their interests by bringing benefit to them and avoiding harm.
