TARDIS Spatial Fictions in Time between the Doctor Who Classic Series and the Doctor Who Modern Series: Comparison and Evaluation of Spatial Inner Designs

Abstract

The Doctor Who is a television series about the adventures of an alien man called The Doctor, only his own race, who has been protecting the world throughout the time with its a fictional time machine and spacecraft, called TARDIS. They started this tv series in 1963 and played 26 seasons until 1989, and one day, the program was canceled. During this classical series, they had been 8 different actors of The Doctor and 9 different inner design of TARDIS. Then, in 1996, they prepared a movie with 9th The Doctor and new inner design of TARDIS. In 2005, they started the series again, and until today, it had been 11 seasons with 5 different actors of The Doctor and 6 different inner design of TARDIS. The things did not change can be the array generic and TARDIS external appearance, London Telephone Booth. In this article, the aim is clearly identifying comparison of our TARDIS spatial fictions in time between the Doctor Who Classic Series between 1963-1989 and the Doctor Who Modern Series between 2005-today, based on some defined parameters which are the Doctor’s personality, the culture of the period and the technology of the period.
