Abstract
DesignOps focuses on driving operational and spending efficiencies through the analysis and understanding of E2E design processes that include both the tools’ ecosystem, the ways of working, and the designers’ ability to execute the tasks at speed without loosing quality. And identifying the right opportunities to design optimised processes that empower the teams to deliver faster and higher quality products is one of the challenges that DesignOps focuses on. Based on a case study, this paper presents a consolidated approach to teams’ skills and process optimisation: By assessing the existing operational inefficiencies, the suggested DesignOps’ approach will lead to the definition new optimised ways of working that will have an impact both on the teams and on the business.
