Abstract
Mathematics is a hardship for many students entering college universities and frequently impair them from graduating. The use of technology to foster engagement has proven an effective means to enhance students participation and reduce the distress form interacting with math content. This paper offers specific strategies implemented to convey mathematics content to reduce the apathy and make instruction more enjoyable. It includes a methodology that has been implemented in public higher education institutions in mathematics courses that has rendered promising results in both students’ behavior and performance.
