Abstract
Based on the field study of the southern area of Taipei city, the current situation and resources of the community were analyzed through field investigation and interviews with key people, and the existing problems of the community were identified. By using the method of future thinking and participatory design to predict the possible future of the region in 30 years, and discussing the practical actions and plans that should be made at present, we invite community residents to participate in the program design process and promote the program progress with the power of community residents. When the theory of future thinking and design thinking is applied to community design, the design process is changed and the design method is expanded accordingly.
