Abstract
This paper reviews the results of a PhD thesis entitled ‘Fashion Design (and) Entrepreneurship: A Strategic Vision for Higher Education’. Following a theoretical framework coming from the fields of Fashion Design, Education, Entrepreneurship and current paradigms, several active research activities were implemented, where Fashion Design students had the opportunity to experiment with social innovation, sales, and product development. These two types of activities, theoretical and practical research, allowed a recollection of insights, which informed and supported the construction of a model for Entrepreneurial Education for the field of Fashion Design.
