Abstract

Working in teams requires a special kind of communication for bonding to occur, that bonding creates the synergy required to be successful in problem solving. Creative Problem Solving theories combined with Symbolic Conversion theory, a group communication theory, work together to produce greater success. Creativity plays a vital role and symbolic conversion communication promotes creativity by building each team members ideas. This can be displayed in short Creative Problem solving challenges called Instant Challenges. Theories and ideas will be presented and then applied with the group.
