Abstract
The shrinking budgets of the municipallities are changing ways to manage big green areas in cities. The example of Parque del Agua in Zaragoza (Spain) built after the International Expo of 2008 (“Water and sustainable development”), this place is one of the biggest urban parks in Spain with a new way of management that have receive plenty of international awards and certifications because of its new concept.
