Financial Industry Challenges and Marketing Opportunities in Bulacan: A Tool for Developing Soft Skills

Abstract

The study focuses on the analysis of patterns and themes in the respondents’ orations in terms of challenges and opportunities as described by finance professionals among selected participants. The qualitative research approach using a narrative interview design was employed in the study. The result determines the financial industry challenges and marketing opportunities in the province of Bulacan. We propose designing a tool to improve their soft skills to cope with these issues.
