Covid19 Lesson on Vulnerability at Tacna – Perú: The Role of Education in Risk Management to Build Resilient Communities during Natural Events

Abstract

The present article is a descriptive study about the circumstances and conditions of Sendai Framework implementation by de Disaster Risk Reduction and the application of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) at enforcement to build resilient communities to disruptive events by natural origin at Tacna – Perú, in to world health emergency by the Covid19 pandemic; and the new – future social, environmental and sanitary stage to determine a new social and governance dynamic. Accordingly, it seeks to promote a new method to comprehend risk scenes and determine requirements for implementation of better risk reduction education in community, to enhance the governance indicators; make sustainable communities and strong institutions by mean of transversal a interinstitutional alliances in terms of accomplishment of integral reduction risk goals and enforcement to vulnerability communities at Tacna – Perú.
