Abstract

This session focuses on how to promote and foster the mental shifts necessary to create a forward-thinking approach when looking at crises within the organization or institution. Specifically, it considers how recruiting affects your crisis ready culture, and strategies on how to select the right individuals. It will explores how to identify and develop key people (at all levels) within the organization to successfully deal with crises.
