Abstract
Since 2008, the interaction model between China and the rest world has undergone a profound turn, the uncertainty of the world order has increased, and China’s standpoint of global governance has received much attention. When the traditional globalization model is in trouble, the world looks forward to a more balanced and inclusive “re-globalization” picture. “Re-“ globalization is a constructive response to “Anti-“ globalization and will bring a comprehensive plan with gradual reform. Globalization has not stopped, and it has not reversed. Instead, it has transformed a form and needs new kinetic energy. Emerging countries, represented by China, have played down the western color of traditional globalization and provided a sound foundation for global cooperation. This new round of globalization has expanded the traditional “dualistic pattern” into a “three-dimensional pattern” of interconnection and interoperability. This paper takes the “One Belt and One Road” initiative, the “Asian Investment Bank” mechanism innovation, the sharing of economic development and the reform of the free trade zone as a starting point, to explore how China is reshaping the Western five-hundred-year global narrative structure and is committed to building a multi-center global sharing networks.
