Abstract
This paper explores the value added of the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration curricula that is implemented in most colleges and universities in America and how this curricula serves its international students. Utilizing phenomenological inquiry, a purposeful sample of global students was selected and asked open-ended questions to determine how American curricula in public administration enhances their employment in the public sector when they return to their country of origin. Findings and recommendable will be discussed in the paper.
