The Inclusion Revolution: A Path to Progress

Abstract

The Inclusion Revolution: A Path to Progress educates on different types of exclusion, why the exclusion occurs and different steps that can be taken within each situation that would have led to a better outcome. Within those stories the differences between an ‘ally’ and ‘accomplice’ are discussed with an emphasis on moving participants from being a passive ally in change to an active co-conspirator. Objectively, those attending should leave the presentation with more awareness on the inequities different groups face, be able to reflect on their own circumstances and have actionable steps they can take as individuals and organizations to positively affect change.
