The way the pandemic has changed our relationship to work and shaped the way employers engage issues our employees care about. Gen Z and the future of business. The future of work is younger and more diverse than we’ve seen in the U.S. History. Gen Z, the most diverse generation in history, will comprise 30% of the labor force in just 8 years. How can we build a diversity strategy to embrace this? How can our workplace programs enhance the employee experience and engender loyalty, why employee resource groups, diversity training re-skilling, up-skilling, and development is paramount.
