Abstract

The Neurodiverse community makes up approximately 29% of the population, and per Harvard Business Review this community is full of “superpowers” or unique talents. So, what is neurodiversity? Why have we been afraid of it? How can we embrace it? How can we support the neurodiverse so that they thrive and help our communities and organizations to thrive? These are the questions which we will answer in this session. We will cover primarily the educational and professional realms, but a bit of the personal too. You will be engaged and leave this presentation ready to fully embrace the neurodiverse community and launch their school or organization to new and exciting levels of success!
