Abstract
This focused discussion presents a work in progress: an authoethnographic reflection on 10 years of community dialogues on diversity, race and racism. From large open discussions to smaller, cohort-based programs, these conversations provided space for participants to hear and learn from one another, work collaboratively to identify areas of focus for community projects, and to reflect on their own learning in these arenas. In reflecting on these programs, I hope to engage conference attendees for their thoughts regarding successful formats, norms of engagement, and outcomes that will help my community prepare for the next decade of dialogue.
