Abstract
In today’s diverse workforce, companies continue to be challenged when it comes to recruiting diverse talent particularly in roles at the leadership level. To correct this disturbing trend, organizational leaders can collect data that reflects activity throughout the recruiting process and subsequently analyze it to determine where their opportunities might lie. This workshop will detail the metrics needed for attendees to not only identify existing gaps in their current recruiting process, but it will also equip them with the knowledge needed to develop an effective diversity recruiting strategy.
