After an international career as a corporate banking executive, Sergio is now determined to increase the ethnic diversity across the senior corporate layers. Together with over 50 mentors coming from underrepresented ethnic groups themselves, Sergio co-founded the leadership development platform Roots Inspire (rootsinspire.com) to accelerate ethnically diverse talent into senior corporate positions. Their clients include top employer brands such as ABN AMRO, Unilever, Rabobank, CBRE, Oliver Wyman and Baker McKenzie.
