Abstract
Climate Change has been quite descriptively and broadly defined in many of the international and national reports. But what has been missing in this link is bottom up approach, that would have encompassed all the common knowledge and their varied experience of understanding climate change. These experiences may not be that much scientific and authentic by nature. But an insight from common people will able to relate and to better connect with the people with developing a more reliable socially more acceptable climate change definition. The study present an insight and importance from a developing country and least developed country perspective. It also look into how combining the scientific underpinnings and common understanding will further help to strengthen the making of climate change policy. In order to bring out these common understanding, a set of open ended interview will be done. These will then be analysed and further compared with the differences and similarities of climate change broad definition.
