Abstract
By enabling librarians to work in their strong areas of interest while pursuing a common goal, we have been able to transform numerous spaces throughout our library for student learning, provide very useful workshops, fund a book bike, and improve various aspects of the library. Entrusting in librarians to pursue their areas of interest and allowing them to thrive has proved to be a very successful strategy for our college library. We have been able to secure funding needed for various remodel projects including a quiet study room, leisure reading room, and a library classroom used to teach critical research classes.
