Abstract
“Creating With Tchaikovsky” is a session where I familiarize the participants with solution-focused art therapy methods and how listening to music deepens the experience of creating art. The practice stands out with it’s therapeutical elements and solution-focused ideology, and by giving tools for anyone to use in art groups and other social events, schools, or work communities.
