Abstract

The purpose of this study was to draw up a status report on the digital transformation of the Moroccan public sector. The objective is to highlight the challenges, stakes, advances, and structural problems that the administration faces in its digital transformation. The exploratory study was based on the TOE (technology-organization-environment) framework which allows an analysis of the technological, organizational, and environmental context of the subject. The qualitative analysis was carried out using the IRAMUTEQ software.
