Abstract
Drawing from literature and practice, we contribute to the successful implementation of enterprise resources planning (ERP) by presenting a novel conceptual framework that considers knowledge management (KM) as an antecedent of the successful implementation of ERP through the mediating effects of change management, knowledge transfer, change management, organizational capabilities, and business process engineering. Prevailing drivers of the successful implementation of ERP are centered on operations management.
