Abstract

The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the level of user satisfaction with an interface system used by CHEP Aerospace Solutions staff from different geographical areas: Asia, Europe, and North America. The methodology utilized in this research includes survey questionnaires to determine levels of satisfaction based on a five-point Likert scale. The satisfaction criteria were classified as 1) satisfaction with website design; 2) satisfaction with interface functionality; and 3) satisfaction with user support systems. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the characteristics of each satisfaction variable and ANOVA test was employed to examine the differences among the means of satisfaction variables. The results in rank order show that the most satisfactory aspect is website design, second is user support, and the least satisfactory aspect is the functionality of the interface. The conclusion of this paper is that interface website requires improvement in both quality and efficiency.
