Venkata Sai Srinivasa Rao Muramalla has been in teaching and academic research since 2000 and published various articles on recent trends in business management. He authored books on marketing management and customer relationship management. He is the editorial board member of journals publishing in India and he is the advisory board member of international conferences. He presented papers at international conferences and organized workshops on consumer behavior and sales management. Presently he is serving as the faculty member of the College of Business Administration at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. He is the trained assessor for the compliance of self-study reports of academic programs to the quality standards of NCAAA in Saudi Arabia. His research interests are consumer behavior and customer relationship management. His expertise is in marketing management, sales, and consumer behavior.
