Boston Massacre

During a protest in the capital of Boston, British soldiers were stationed at the Province of Massachusetts Bay to protect the colonial officials. A crowd immediately surrounded the soldiers and they started harassing them, beating them and throwing snowball at them. Eventually more soldiers showed up and when the fight grew more and more Soldiers began to shoot into the crowd, This eventually led to the death of 5 Bostonians. Many were concerned with the crown-appointed officials to be meeting because they thought they may be imposing new laws and acts against the colonial citizens. I believe that by forming an American Government the essential demands of the people of the colonies would be more likely be met and addressed if the government was formed. Because mostly everyone living in the colonies is suffering from the imposed acts and laws from the british (all classes) I feel that they all have some sort of requirement or standard for what a good government may look like, and by forming an American Government with people from the colonies and not by Britain, more of the issues would be resolved
