  Marina A. Theodotou is the Director of Professional Development at the Computer Science Teachers Association ( CSTA). She is a learning and professional development leader, author, and faculty with a passion for enabling individuals and organizations to reach their growth potential through measurable and relevant learning. Previous roles at the American Management Association, Financial Services Volunteer Corps and Bank of America span across three sectors and include building successful professional development programs in the United States, the European Union and the Middle East. Marina has taught leadership and management at Hunter College, the University of Nicosia and the American Management Association. is the founder of TEDxNicosia and a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Scholarship laurate. She is served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Talent Development ( ATD), NY Chapter and the Board of Director of the Rotary Club Nicosia Aspelia. Marina holds a BA (Magna Cum Laude) and MA in Economics and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Competent Toastmaster.
