  I am the Executive Secretary(Chief Executive Officer), Ondo State Primary Health Care Development Board, Akure, Nigeria. Also an Adjunct Lecterer 1, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, department of Community Medicine,University of Medical Sciences,Ondo, Ondo State, Nigeria. I am a consultant Community Physician. I coordinate Primary Health Care activities in the entire Ondo State with a population of over 4.7million people. I manage a staff strenght of over 4000 and 604 Primary Health Care Centres and 18 Local Government Primary Health Care(PHC) authorities. Ensure full implementation of the Primary Health Care Under One Roof which is one plan, one monitoring and evaluation and one authority. Ensure PHC system repositioning, Essential Drug management, Provision of minimum services packages, financing, magement of human resources for health, ensure health management information system including usin data for decision making, coordinating integrated primary health care services such as treatment of commonly occuring diseases, immunization of new born and children under one year against preventable childhood diseases. Coordinate diseases surveliance and response at the community levels. Work closely with partners and international organizations on strenghning PHC system and services provision. Such organizations are WHO,UNICEF, WORLD BANK, AFENET etc. Teach medical students and biological students public health and research methodologies.
