  Judith Corbett Carter is an Assistant Professor in the SEEK Department. She received her Ph.D. from Loyola College in Maryland, M. Ed. from the University of Toledo, and B.A. from Youngstown State University. Previous appointments include University of Phoenix, Peirce College, Drexel University, and Philadelphia University. Prior to a career in higher education she served as a probation officer for the District of Columbia, and a social worker and mental health counselor in Toledo, Ohio. Her area of expertise is counseling at risk populations.
